Shipping FAQS


We ship USPS First Class.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This does not include major holidays, weekends or postal holidays. Our orders usually ship same or next day. During the holiday it may be 3-5 days. 
If you have to make corrections to your order, email us here with your order number or simply reply to your order confirmation email. All updates need to be made before your order ships.
Please read the product descriptions for more information. 
We now ship internationally for a flat rate of $16 for USPS shipping. If your package costs more than the standard $16 we will contact you through email for the remaining balance and refund your order in 48 hours if we are notable to secure complete shipping payment. Due to the nature of international shipping once your package is scanned into USPS systems we are no longer liable for it and will not offer re-ships or refunds for lost international packages.


We only accept returns on damaged or defective items.
All damaged or defective items must be returned in their original packaging.
We will not refund return shipping but we also wont charge you to reship. We must receive the product in its original packaging. Purchasing tracking is strongly advised.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
If your items are damaged upon arrival, email our customer service team IMMEDIATELY.
We will not replace items that you have damaged during application.
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. 
We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages. All packages come with tracking once it leaves our facility and is in possession of USPS we are no longer responsible for it.
