We understand that sometimes things happens and USPS misses the mark so if your product is never delivered contact us. If the item is marked delivered by USPS but you never received it please contact your local USPS. If your item is not delivered because you entered the wrong address at checkout WE ARE NOT LIABLE. If the item is returned to us we will reship pending payment of $5 reship fee.
Keep in mind if the tracking status says delivered WE ARE NOT LIABLE and we will not offer a refund or reships . All Badmouthed Bruja sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged contact us immediately!
